When we welcome New Americans into our country, we’re often welcoming educated, skilled workers. Despite their abilities, they often face limited employment opportunities due to language barriers, a lack of connections in the American workforce, and limited access to financial resources.

Start:ME Business Accelerator with Emory equips emerging entrepreneurs with business training, mentorship, and access to capital—helping build strong, local businesses that strengthen communities.

Family Job Class

Family Job Class combines workplace literacy with practical job placement support. It includes classroom instruction, along with one-on-one volunteer guidance for résumé preparation, job applications, interview coaching, and direct referrals to employment opportunities.
